Mr. Elenbaas began practicing in Los Angeles in 1977, moving his practice to Fullerton, California in 1982. Throughout his career Mr. Elenbaas has emphasized civil trial and appellate practice in the areas of business, real estate, and other civil litigation, as well as business and real estate transactions.

Mr. Elenbaas is honored to hold an "A-V" rating with Martindale-Hubbell Law Directories, the nation's preeminent directory of attorneys. In addition to being a member of the California State Bar, he is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the Fifth, Seventh and Ninth United States Circuit Courts of Appeal, and all United States District Courts throughout California. During the course of his career Mr. Elenbaas has also been admitted pro hac vice in courts in Nevada, Utah, Arizona, Florida, Illinois, Texas and Kentucky.
